Course Overview
World History is a survey course designed to familiarize students with a broad range of topics and information. Elements of history, culture, and geography will used to help students form a basis of historical thought. This class will cover the modern world from the late 18th century through today. The 18-week course will cover topics from the basis and foundations of western political thought to specific historical information about major world events such as World War I. This course is required for graduation.
